This was the best ever experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The entire team at Gentle Dental were phenomenal and made me feel beyond welcome and appreciative for my selection. If you’re looking for an exceptionally clean practice with the most talented dental team and state of the art hi-tech equipment, look no further. The entire experience from making an appointment to express checkin (online intake forms) which saved a ton of paperwork upon arrival, was all compelling. I had not seen a dentist in over a year and today I made my first visit to this office. I was impressed by its size and cleanliness. The support staff was friendly and professional. I had a thorough and pain-free cleaning and a complete set of X-rays were taken. I wanted missing and/or broken teeth replaced and met with Dr. Gelfand who had a very nice manner. He had seen my X-rays and clearly explained the various options for replacing teeth. Afterwards, in a private area, I met with a woman who discussed the price of the various options and how my private insurance reduced the cost of treatment. The visit was a good experience and am going ahead with treatment.
