They are so helpful on the phone when I have a problem. They give all the knowledge and tools I need to get my job done well and they're supportive I really appreciate them Freedom care
It feels nice to be able to help and take care of someone who has taken care of you your whole life, I definitely recommend trying this out if you have a family member that has a rough health condition and are unable to take care of themselves at home.
I have had a great experience with freedom care. The staff is always available if we need anything, they are always very nice, they always try to answer questions the best they can and if they don't know an answer they will be dedicated to finding that answer. The documentation is very simple and I can access money everyday after I submit my daily report. The only complaint I would have is the pay, I wish I could get paid more but other than that I'm very happy with freedom care.
