This was our third time going to this flower shop to find something specific. “One of the BEST afternoon teas I’ve ever had! Ora La Casa De Las Flores has an adorable atmosphere with beautiful flowers throughout their shop and the cutest store manager, a pug named Coco. I made reservations in advance for afternoon tea (offered Saturdays and Sundays only). Our server provided fresh tea leaves to smell to help us choose our tea of choice - we went with the earl grey tea to start and opted for the peaches and cream black tea to finish. The three tiers of food were exquisite. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and arranged perfectly. The customer service was impeccable, our tea pots were never empty and Coco frequently sniffed under the table to ensure no crumbs were left behind. While everything was scrumptious, the Calamansi Poppy Cake, the Ube Cheesecake and the rosemary and honey cornbread paired with mango seasonal jam really stood out! The menu changes seasonally and I will definitely be back in October to try out their new flavors! This perfect hidden gem has my 100% recommendation for tea time in New York! ?“
