I've been a loyal customer for years and the owner Jim always has qualified, reliable and HONEST technicians. Today, I had to leave in the middle of a service call and left the technician to finish and lock up. I never worry.
I had a new air conditioning system, replacing one that was 30 years old, installed. Much of the work involved working in a confined attic-like space. From the moment Eddie and his First Choice team arrived and laid down covers to protect floors and furniture, to the moment they left three days later after explaining the intricacies of the new thermostat, the entire effort was done in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. I am always happiest when I think I got my money's worth. First Choice made me happy.
