Was having issues with my laptop..it wasn't starting up correctly and upon reading reviews from Expert Pc I called Joe immediately. After explaining the issue, he told me what the problem could be and how he can fix it. He was very informative and seemed like a NO bs type of guy. I dropped off my laptop Friday and he called me same day and explained what needed to be done and it was cost efficient. Later that night he had already repaired it??? My laptop was given back to me with no issues and faster than it use to be. I highly recommend Joe/Expert PC Repairs. If you are up for the hard truth and speedy resolution then this is your guy. My laptop been having issues for months . It broke down on me out of nowhere due to corrupted windows files . I couldnt even start my laptop or anything so i took it to geek squad at best buy . They told me $180 to get it fixed and it would take 3 days minimum . I decided to try something more local so i called him and he was very freindly on the phone and kind and told me that it would only cost me $65 and he can fix it within 30 minutes . I came to get my laptop fixed that same day and it did take 30 minutes he was very nice to talk to and seemed to know a lot about computers i am so thankful for his services
