Dr. Villaruz is incredible and I wish he would change practices. He no longer accepts walk ins or participates on urgent care. It’s nearly impossible to call the actual office if you need to talk to somebody.

Dr. Villaruz is the best. I've been going here for a few years now & never had any issues. He takes his time & listens to your concerns. Sabrina from the front desk is great also!

Regarding the Union Turnpike location. The place itself is fine. I found the doctor to be good, but they NEVER answer the phone. If by chance they answer, the immediate response is "Please hold" and then you're on perpetual hold. No response after that.
