With the recent invasion of raccoons in Brookly and Queens, we were faced with a major problem. Mr. Derrick came out responded quickly and was able to capture these creatures/pests. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. He also had a sense of humor which makes a scary situation more comforting when he is handling God's creatures ( as he calls them).
He really did an excellent job and I highly recommend him and his services.

I called this company after having roaches for 2 weeks in my kitchen. I quickly searched for service because boric acid powder was not working.i have a toddler and i cannot use too much of that powder around him. I am so glad that after one week after Derrick's service, i was back to a roach free environment. He is very professional and on time. I had my first spray about a month ago and just to be on the safe side, i did a maintenance service today. Super happy and love my kitchen again. Give this service a try. You will not be disappointed.

The last thing you want to see after coming home from vacation is a wasp nest right above your front entrance on Sunday evening. Derrick from DLS Pest Control saved the day! Early Monday morning I scrambled to source a wasp removal service and out of 8 providers I reached, Derrick was the only one who picked up my phone call right away, understood the urgency of my situation, and arranged his busy schedule to fit me on the same day. Not only was Derrick extremely responsive via phone and text, but he was also able to provide an accurate quote simply by asking to see a picture of the nest (this saved us both time).
