Ralph is everything you want in a contractor: prompt, polite, organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and a clear communicator. We worked with his team to renovate our bathroom under a tight timeline and they delivered an outstanding result. Ralph is a truly dependable professional, who is extremely knowledgeable and someone you can count on to get the job DONE. We hired Ralph to do a complete gut renovation of our condo in Brooklyn. He removed and renovated the entire kitchen, two bathrooms, put in a brand-new ceiling with beautiful recessed lighting, built closets, put in new wooden floors, baseboards, doors, hardware etc. You will not believe the before and after pictures. We are perfectionists by nature, and we felt Ralph understood our needs and wants. Boy did he deliver! From beginning to end, Ralph was amazing to work with. His team did their work carefully and well. They did not rush; they did not cut corners. They were always extremely friendly. Best of all, they stayed on the agreed timeline! Ralph is very communicative and gives helpful advice throughout the entire renovation process. The end product was beyond our expectations. They did not miss a corner or edge; they did not miss a beat. When you hire Ralph, you know you will get the very best result. We highly recommend he and his amazing team.
