Worst doctors and front desk I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately I’ve been going here since I was younger but today was the last straw. My insurance doesn’t require visits for referrals and my last visit was three months ago. I had called in the morning and explained I needed a referral and they told me to come in. When I come in they tell me I need to pay a copayment to see the doctor when all I need is a referral. The doctor then refused to see me after I told them to just bill it to my address. Very unreliable and poor service. It's the definition of a medical mill. Called 10x for a prescription, call was never returned. Don't waste your time with these providers.

I had a doctor's appointment at 12 pm on Monday, but I didn't leave until 4 pm. It took them 4 hours just to see me, which is ridiculous. If I had gone to the ER, I would've been home within 4 hours. This place is becoming a joke. Management, please fix this before you lose all your patients—no one should have to wait that long to see a doctor
