Great service, express next day is what I needed and this is what i got from this charming dry cleaners. I called 6 others, no one else would help!! They offer alterations, too!!

The dry cleaning service was standard. Prices were fair for the area.Alteration review: I went in for sleeve hem, was only measured one arm and the tailor didn’t double check his work. Was charged 45 for the 2 inch hem on both sleeves. The tailor was given 2 weeks, the tailor didn’t have the work done on pick up day due to a an emergency. Was told to come in the following day. Come in and the jacket had mismatched arm lengths and the staff asked me if I have a longer arm ?. It was obvious that work was rushed.I gave them another chance to fix the work because humans make mistakes. It’s the defensiveness I was met with that was off putting. Outstanding customer service. Whenever I call they know exactly status of my order- almost by heart (which is important because delivery rooms mess up sometimes).Never an issue , very professional with the cleaning, tailoring etc. Recommend for hassle free service.
