CompuTech Computers, Inc. offers a professional and friendly staff, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The space is clean, with available lockers for belongings and a bathroom on site. While the testing desks and chairs may be small and uncomfortable, the staff's courtesy and professionalism shine through. The equipment and facilities are in good condition, with some nice touches like zoomed-in screen resolution for those with vision issues.
It's a little hard to find at first, but aside from that I was pleasantly surprised. The environment was calm and the room was quiet with a fan for white noise. The person who was working there was calm and relaxed too which I appreciate.
I've taken certification exams before at centers where there's too many people and things are poorly administered, and it definitely affects you mentally. This time I was in and at a computer ready to test in 10 minutes. Would definitely come again.
Small and outdated but the environment kept me calm and became my go to spot for my teacher cert exams. The people are professional and nice. You save a lot of time if you have to use the restroom because they are efficient in accommodating your time, unlike a larger location like Hanson Place in Brooklyn. This is the spot if you prefer a more intimate setting.
The staff here are exceedingly professional and friendly, which makes getting in and out a breeze. The space is clean. However, the testing desks and chairs are small and uncomfortable, even if not distractingly so.
