The ladies who worked at Carnation were awesome with the exception of one nail tech named “Lisa” (plump orange haired lady) who was incredibly rude to me. I thought I found a new nail salon who I could visit on a weekly basis but I was wrong.
When it came time for to pay, I gave Lisa nearly a 45% tip and she looked at me like I was handing her a quarter. I got not even a mere “thank you” nothing…I was shocked by her behavior. I really love this place! I found them a few months ago and have been getting my pedicures (both gel and regular). Each time I’ve had a different person and I loved all of them. Especially love the service and the owner is a doll. I have my daughter with me often who’s only two and they always treat me so kindly- helping me with the stroller, etc. if you’re a mother you know how much this means when people are kind to you with your children. Thank you!!
Today was my second time coming here and I am so so happy with my service ! The first time I came was months ago for a birthday set and I loved it. Today Lisa did a perfect white gel pedicure on me - she also did an extra 10 dollar callus remover scrub which i highly recommend! Then Coco absolutely SLAYED my vacation nails! I got gel extensions and wanted something pretty detailed- a lot of salons don’t do 3d designs or sculpting but she does and she did such a beautiful job. Both ladies were meticulous and handled me with so much care. The process was long but only because she hand painted, layered, glued and sculpted every little detail.
