I can’t thank Dr.Muñoz and the staff at Blue Pearl enough for their love and empathy this evening. Our dog wasn’t feeling well (right before our trip to say the least) and our anxiety was thru the roof. They made sure to make our concerns feel validated and to put us at ease. They gave him the best care possible and we couldn’t thank them enough. This is not our first rodeo here, but thankful for the good bedside manner, kindness and love they bring to the practice. Jasper is back home and we couldn’t be happier.
I took my daughter's dog to Munna and they treated her very well. The doctor spoke with me and explained the causes that could have caused her discomfort and they gave her her medicines. The dog got better very well, the staff was very friendly.
The staff at Blue Pearl are always kind and empathetic. It’s clear they know people who come in are already stressed and they want to make the experience as painless as possible. The receptionist referred to people’s pets as their “babies” which truly warmed my heart and the nurses and doctors were incredibly friendly and respectful. I’m glad Blue Pearl is an option even if I wish I didn’t have an emergency warranting a visit.
