About Blink Fitness Springfield Gardens
Blink Fitness Springfield Gardens is a clean and modern facility located on Farmers Blvd. The gym offers a variety of equipment, including aerobic space, a functional training area with power racks, isolation machines, and dumbbells. There is drinking water available, and an awesome corner for aerobics along with yoga mats and light weights for females. Staff provide great customer service, but members are expected to clean up after themselves. The gym can get crowded, especially during peak hours, with recommended times of 8-11 am or 10-11 pm for a less busy experience. While some members have mentioned issues with non-functioning machines and running out of wipes, the gym's cleanliness is consistently praised. Overall, Blink Fitness Springfield Gardens is a great option for anyone looking for a modern and clean gym to achieve their fitness goals, although some feel it could be better if it was larger.
Not sure who took over this gym and turned it into a prison block. It is so uncomfortable and lacks personality since they e changed things, and got new (unfriendly) staff. Blink wasn’t the best gym in Queens, but they had a good crew for al shifts. Canceled my membership because I don’t feel good vibes in that facility anymore, plus they came in and raised the price, and I did NOT get a notification informing me of the change. Other gyms have more to offer(ex hiit classes) and charge less than this place, so I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I use to like going to this gym but the women locker room is always dirty and people leave their dirty clothes in most of the lockers without locks on them. So it’s hard finding a locker with NO clothes already in them. This is a disgrace they need to set rules to remove clothes from lockers when they leave. This isn’t a storage space.
Cool place, you can get the job done, however, when a machine is broken, it stays that way. Not the cleanest bathrooms. Most Blink Fitness I've been to fix equipment right away, and bathrooms stay clean ( for the most part). But, hey, you get what you pay for 🤷🏾
