We've been coming here since our first pet. Although it has changed (improved) much more over the years, decades, we always feel at ease at AVG.
Our fur baby loves Dr. Fitzgerald and all the support staff (from reception to tech support) listen with compassion and provides guidance, support for both the fur babies and their families.
Dr. Yau and all the staff are super sweetly and knowledgeable! When I first moved to NY I brought my Shiba Inu Eevee and recieved great care. Recently brought ournew addition to our family, Lily, and were equally impressed. 10/10 great value and Dr. Yau took her time explaining everything and treated our nervous baby with gentle care. Facilities are clean and quiet, great spot especially if your baby is easily scared or anxious.
We love it! Crew and doctors are super sweet and very knowledgeable. They receive us with the biggest smiles and all the good vides every time we come in.
Especial mention to Dr. Fitzgerald and Dr. Pizzicaro. We've been working with them for the past year and they do all the best to keep our puppy dog healthy and ready to take on any adventure.
