My building uses Ase Hvac's services, and I've used them a couple times myself. After their last visit in June, however, my AC unit started making loud noises that have been keeping me up at night. Erni said he'd follow up "to make sure everything runs perfect" and sent a couple guys, who said they found the source of the problem. That night, however, the noise was back. I tried reaching Erni several times after that, but he stopped responding to any of my messages. I wound up having to hire a different company.
