If you open at 4:00 in the morning, don’t have your door open at 3. I walked into this place this morning to ship out some cargo and was immediately told how rude I was being to the person behind the counter. All I did was walk in and ask her how I was supposed to ship out a package. She decided to talk to me like I was an idiot, telling me I needed to sign in—with no information on what that even meant.
I’m an IT guy working for a company, and I’m just shipping out a box. How the hell am I supposed to know what to do without an employee’s help? I don’t work here—that’s your job.
These guys here suck. I got there at 3:30 didn’t leave till 6:10 they are the worst waited 2hrs and 20mins for a simple drop off nobody wants to work just sit around and yapping with each other there was 1 person who came in ahead of me and 2after one left before and THERE WAS NO ISSUES WHICH MY FREIGHT!!! Need new management new staff the people here suck they just waited around to punch out. Horrible

Absolutely terrible customer service even when you tried to get their attention by saying excuse me straight ignored us... it was our first time and they finally told us to just sit and wait to even help us fill out and understand the forms... just ridiculous no consideration for people's time whatsoever
