Spence is the exterminator you want. He goes above and beyond duty to ensure these pests stay gone after his treatment. I was awed by his wealth of knowledge in this arena. He is patient, kind, flexible, takes pride in his job, and dedicated to his craft. He is a keeper and has become my go-to exterminator.

Lindell was responsive, quick, and efficient. We had this issue for months and finally got tired of it and found him on google... his rave reviews are legit! I'm so happy that he resolved our issue with Yellowjackets in our basement, once and for all. He located the problem and helped us to prevent it from happening again (he found and sealed an external entry). Stop searching. Call this guy already!!

I have when using this company for years. I would not trust anyone else . Lydel is the best !!!! He always comes exactly when he says he will. Spends his time spraying and changing glue boards and making sure everything looks good. He knows about every insect /pest and what works best to prevent them . He is so nice and very calm which make dealing with unpleasant pest that much easier . He is so organized and is consistent at doing a great job. Hi, I'm Lindell Spence. I started working in this industry for several conventional pest control firms in Queens and Long Island. I actually contemplated leaving the industry, but I began researching and experimenting with green alternatives. I replaced the toxins with an organic product that uses natural essential oils to combat pests. Not only did the product work well, but the aches and pains and chest discomfort I used to suffer went away and never returned. To date, I have no negative health repercussions. It turned out to be a solution, so I founded Advance Pest Solutions as a green alternative specialty business. My focus is on non-toxic pest solutions as well as honest, dedicated service to both home owners and businesses.
