Called ACM Electrical regarding an old electrical panel box installed 22 years ago but not closed out by the city. Mike said don’t worry I’ll take care of the issue and explained to me what NYC just started doing. He took care of all the paperwork, inspected the meter and panel box. And met the NYC Electrical Inspector. Had the inspector close out the open permit. Everything

ACM was recommended to me by my friend, who is a 40-year veteran general contractor, that told me Mike and his team are the best there is. I called Mike early on a weekday to see if he could get to my office on an emergency basis to fix my air conditioner that had gone down in the hottest part of summer. Mike was on top of a ladder when he took my call, but he still said they would do their best to get here that same afternoon.
