Horrible business. Last year I was referred to Carol, I sat with her for over an hour trying to get my taxes from the last few years in order. She ASSURED me and then REASSURED me not to worry and she would get everything up to date. She really did put my fears on the back burner. Well fast forward to a few weeks later , I called for an update and got a hold of the receptionist who then stated she was with a client and would call me back. For some reason I had such a weird feeling, so I waited and waited … and waited.
