Napoleon Georgatos provided me with amazing service for over a decade while I had my business in New York. As I exited, another business was providing me with problems that were due to no failings on ABP or Napoleon's part. This was a business that made him close to no money, due to it having 1 part time employee. He went out of his way, even after I had moved & was no longer using his services, to make sure everything was squared away. If you are in New York, do not do your own payroll, or go with a big box company. Have them do it.
