I'd like to thank the two crews that came out today. My toilet and shower backed up and the "plumber" that came yesterday said it was my cesspool. Hence the first crew. They arrived and took the lid off the cesspool to find it dry. I was completely embarrassed as I don't know anything about cesspools. We just moved in last June and have no experience in that system. The First crew called back to the office and a second crew was dispatched to actually fix the problem. The owner actually waived the minimum fee for the first crew. This company has earned my business for life. I cannot say enough kind words about A & L. Great customer service. Thank you so much!! I had them charge me extra for a tip to both crews.

We used A &L for years when we used to have a restaurant, as their prices were always more reasonable than most, and they were always able to send someone fast. When I had a clogged line at home last year, I tried using a guy off craigslist who burned our beautiful sink with acid and didn't clear the clog, so I called A & L again. Their guys really know what they are doing and are always friendly and they stuck to their hourly price ($175) for the hour they were here and cleared the line. Recently I had to use them again and there was a mistake with the amount I was charged. I called the office ready to do battle, but the supervisor to whom I was transferred immediately offered to refund the difference. This really is a solid company!

Highly recommend this company. We had a problem with our sewer and had Roto-Rooter previously been there and said they fixed it but they did not since it happened again less than a week later. We called a&l at 10:00 am and they had 2 of their guys at the house by 12:00. It took their guys about 30 minutes to fix the problem and everything is working perfectly now.. great company
