Urena Construction & Design was exceptional on our My Play Space buildout. Elvis (Director of Operations) led the project end-to-end—mapping the permit path, coordinating trades and schedules, communicating proactively, solving surprises quickly, and keeping us inspection-ready without stress. He balanced function, safety, and design beautifully for a children’s environment and treated our space like his own. Barbara (Junior Architect) kept drawings and revisions moving and communication with the architects seamless. A long awaited project finally finished. From an unfortunate fire to a marvelous appearance. Ureña construction & Design really made this an easier experience. It was great working with a team that feels like family. Jonathan, Alejandro, Zoila and crew help us manage this project as quickly as possible. Working together with great ideas, permits, appointments and negotiating losses, made tuff decisions feel good. Communication was extremely important.
