Matt is a knowledgable, professional trainer. Not only does he show me the proper way to train, but is very detailed in showing me the purpose in each exercise as well as how my diet effects my training and over health. His blog is very helpful too!

Best training I've ever had! I came in severely out of shape and with a weak back. My body has strengthened overall and my back is better than it's been in a long time! The trainer is very knowledgeable and helpful. He's the only trainer I've come to trust that has been known to work around and help improve my weak back due to an old injury. He makes the sessions fun and never boring! The hour flies by and it seems like I get results in no time! Adore my training sessions, I consider it me time now, and wouldn't change it for the WORLD! :)
