David Roth did an inspection for me on an older home that I was planning to buy. On the surface, mostly everything looked fine, but actually it was not. David worked tirelessly and exposed every problem item, and there were so many, that he saved me from making a huge mistake. I'm not going to buy that place, and he will definitely be doing another inspection for me on my next prospective home.

Dmitry did an amazing job. He was meticulous, thorough and patient with all of my questions. He continued to make himself available for follow up questions that came up in the days after our home inspection. He is an excellent communicator and very prompt to reply. I’d recommend this business to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Dmitriy was professional, highly experienced, detail-oriented, and reasonably priced. He also helped review an engineering report the prior owner had gotten and gave me his advice on it. I can’t recommend him enough.
