There's nothing scarier than finding our your newborn might need surgery. A week after my daughter was born, we found out she had a blocked tearduct as well as a cyst in her sinus, causing a blockage of bacteria which led to an infection in her eye. Our pediatrician sent us straight to Dr. Lederman. As scary as the situation was, Dr. Lederman made it as comforting as possible. She was kind, caring, and most importantly knowledgeable. She walked us through the concerns, the procedure, and the aftercare - as well as answering any insane questions we had. Four days after, our 11-day old had the procedure. Dr. Lederman put a stent in her tearduct assisted by an ENT who drained her cyst. At her followup, Dr. Lederman showed the same kind, caring, and intelligent attitude. My baby is thriving now. I cannot thank Dr. Lederman enough

Dr Carolyn Lederman is fantastic. She is great with kids and puts them at ease during their appointments. She has tricks up her sleeves for babies, toddlers, and school-aged children that help make the appointments fun. Our 6 year old always asks when he gets to go back again and remembers each of the special toys that he’ll get to see during his evaluation. Dr Lederman is professional, thorough, and efficient. We very highly recommend her!
