Not happy with weight watchers. I was not properly instructed that I would be billed if I did not enter a new voucher. Shame on me for not reading he fine print and Shame on them for not explaining that I would be billed.To top it off customer service was rude and would not get a supervisor, kept me on hold 10 minutes until I gave up. Tried to email that did not work told I could use website to chat that did not work. Called back took another 10 minutes to get a supervisor who refused to refund my money. Guess she thinks I’m a liar.I’ve been a lifetime member for 30 plus years, not anymore I’m out!AMY
