I was very happy with Michael’s service. He re-keyed a cylinder for me to an old mortised lock set & made 3 new keys. When I called him, he was out on a service call & gave me the option of waiting until he was back in his shop or to meet him on the road. I met with 15 minutes later. In a matter of minutes, he rekeyed the cylinder and gave me three new keys. Very reasonable price of $35. I highly recommend him! He is very professional, courteous and prompt.

Employee showed up on time as scheduled next day and got the job done and gave my friend a new key/programmed it in 15 minutes. Amazing experience, good to know a business like this is out there.
