Amy is a phone call away! We have referred her many many times to our clients. It's during very stressful times, water leaks, burst, fires, sewer back ups. She won't let you down and they explain everything. We had a water overflow in our building last year and they were amazing!
I hired ServPro to clean my elderly fathers floors after my mother passed away. My first impression was good since someone called me back right away unlike a competitor who returned my message after 2weeks. Roberto spend about a half hour taking notes & pics and within a couple of days, I received a very reasonable estimate . I was able to schedule a day not too far after accepting their estimate & making a payment . 3 people took about half a day cleaning every floor ( carpets, linoleum, tile & hardwood) in a 4 bedroom /2bath Cape house. We had a giant flood and were at our wits end and not sure how to go forward. Jose at Servepro came in immediately, got a crew in the next morning, dealt directly with our insurance, cleaned up and dried up the mess and were reasonably priced. Also, everyone on the crew was lovely and helpful and explained what was happening at each turn. I was skeptical at first of a big company like this but this team is AMAZING! Thank you!!!
