They have 2 taxes returns since March 2022. Extension filed but now it is mid-July. Numerous promises made but broken, calls not returned, no updates, NOTHING! Steer clear of this outfit.

Came to Bob months ago with tax issue... NEVER EVER RETURNS CALLS OR EMAILS never follows up and office staff is rude.. Issue with my daughters ss# stopped them completely everyone pointed fingers at each other. These people have no respect for time constraints and dead lines... I'm disgusted and beyond dissatisfied. I was given my payment back with obnoxious letter that basically said everything was my fault!!! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere....

Robert pulled an extension on our business taxes for 2019 and sales tax even when we had our paperwork in by March of 2020. He went past the extension and in December 2020 I had to go in and pick up my taxes and bring them to a new CPA. Come to find out my extension was over in October and I had to pay a late fee and interest on my sales tax total of $1200.We called the IRS told them the situation They waived the interest but we still had to pay a $250 penalty. CPA are supposed to save you money not cost you more. I wouldn't go there they can't handle new customers.
