I had a pair of UGGs cleaned with them and they were tore up I thought they were lost cause I took them to red cap cleaners and they way exceeded my expectations they even re fluffed the insides I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received their the woman behind the counter couldn’t have been any nicer I will definitely be going there in the future
I had the most amazing experience with Red Cap. Several weeks ago Pierette literally saved me in a crunch, the day before my wedding removing a stain, steaming and adding a bustle to my couture bridal gown made of the most delicate duchess satin (she also pressed my now husband's suit). I work in the fashion industry and Pierette was extremely impressive and got it done in no time so we were able to pick up the garments same day. I cannot thank her enough as she helped make my wedding day so special considering I was in extreme panic.
