From the beginning of the inspection Don explains what to expect during the home inspection process and doesn't rush the process. Don doesn't hesitate to inform you and gives detailed explanations in the written inspection report. My husband and I are so impressed with Don. We absolutely recommend Provident Home Inspection / Don Veeder for home inspections, evaluations, and general information.Don is incredibly thorough. Because of this, the inspection might take a little longer than what is typical - but, a home purchase is one of the biggest purchases you make so we can't be more thrilled with the detail and thoroughness of his work. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. You don't find folks like Don any more.Provident Home Inspection was an extremely competent and thorough inspection company.From the very first phone call that my wife had with Don when first looking for inspectors to guiding us throughout the entire home inspection, guiding us on what areas to look out for and things to potentially maintain as the house ages, he really had a keen eye on all aspects of the home and when he didn't know something give honest feedback on how to find out more information about a particular part of the home.
