As we age, our bodies don't always cooperate with what our minds want it to do!! My husband and I are in our 50's and we have become more a lot more active, working out several times a week, as well as working on trimming down and really focusing on the foods we eat. Dr. Josh is always there for us when we pull a muscle, tweak a back, or need help with nutrition and other health concerns. The laser treatments are miraculous, and literally are good for pretty much whatever ails you.
