Petro Home Services is known for their excellent technicians who are efficient and mindful, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service is exceptional, with representatives who are patient and helpful in providing detailed information about service plans and options. Recently, some customers noted that the office staff could improve response times to concerns. Despite this, service technicians like Henry and Taylor have received praise for their knowledge and quality of work. Customers have shared positive experiences, highlighting how Henry showed up promptly and did a great job, while Taylor performed an excellent tune-up on their central A/C system, addressing all questions and providing personable service. Customers also appreciate the company's communication, with calls in advance and follow-up phone calls, which stand out compared to other area companies. Some customers find their oil prices to be higher than local competitors and would like to see price matching and discounts for long-term clients. Petro offers a referral program that benefits both new and existing customers with a credit on their bill. Overall, Petro Home Services provides professional and high-quality service, though pricing and office response times remain concerns for some customers.
Petro is a great company I have the premier service contract with them servicing my furnace, So far, every issue I had with my furnace was taken care of in a timely fashion. The techs who came to the house were always knowledgeable neat and friendly.
I've had nothing but a great experience from Petro Home Services! I have used them for my oil deliveries and also used them to install a new boiler! They are prompt and communicate very well! They call in advance and also actually follow up with phone calls, unlike another company in the area! I highly recommend using Petro for your oil and heating/ac needs!! They may be on the costly side but for me, great communication and service is better than cheap and poor customer service! I would use them first!
Taylor really had to be a detective on this visit! Third day I called in for a problem that never quite got resolved. He traced it to the wiring in my attic, where I am having work done. Luckily my contractor was there at the time and they were able to work together to solve the problem! Way to go Taylor! Thank you!
