He didn’t complete the job and asked for money before he had finished. He said he needed the money to pay for his daughter’s college tuition and he would come back and finish the deck and stairs. He never came back and didn’t receive any of our calls. He was very friendly so we believed he wouldn’t go back on his word so we gave him the money. A very expensive lesson for elderly people to learn. ☹️
