Great experience with Lyndsey. They were professional, responsive, fair and did our roof replacement in a single day. They corrected several issues with venting, incorrectly installed plumbing vent, and bathroom vents that original builder made 30yr ago. Attic is much cooler now which should save on AC costs. All plywood was replaced on upper roof because of issue with the original roof. Only slight issue was a few nails missed in lawn and driveway on final cleanup. Overall very happy with job. Highly recommend.
Lyndsey team (Bill, Ray, and Chelsea) were very easy to work with. Ray walked me through the steps that would be done and I received an itemized estimate explaining the cost and work to be done. The roofers did a wonderful job and completed the entire job in just 1 day!
Excellent project mgmnt and execution, hit several unexpected challenges and the crew knew how to deal with them quickly. We knew of a few issues that would required expert capability.
