If you're reading this review, just stop and call Luke! He was the absolute best to work with- during the home inspection Luke took his time and did the process with care, he answered ALL of our questions and broke things down so we could understand.. He has a drone to make sure you are getting a good look at the house from above (and drones are fun to watch). Luke spent a lot of time to inspect the home and to work on the report- I cannot recommend his services enough. Hire Luke!

Luke performed an inspection for me on a house I'm considering purchasing, and was responsive, thorough and professional. He was able to schedule me on short notice, he arrived early to the site, and he allowed me to follow him during his inspection to ask any questions that came to mind.
