Got on site on time. Did more than I was expected due to the previous inspection I've done in the past with other inspectors. Took the time to do a detailed inspection.Very honest and friendly guy to deal with. Don't let his fees fool you you be surprised and amazed all you get done for your money. You will know all you need to know, he will answer all your questions and concerns that you may have. I really recommend this guy 110% to anyone looking to get a inspection done the right way.

I needed to find a home inspector quickly and Luke ended up being a perfect choice. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough. Because of the Covid-19 situation I was unable to be present at the inspection but he put my apprehensions at ease by sending an extremely detailed report a few hours after he was finished with the inspection and making himself available to have a call to go over everything that he found.
