Josué and Paulo were timely, polite, worked after hours, and visited multiple times to nurse along my faltering HVAC system. They only charged me for the first emergency visit and lumped the rest the visits into one bill (the repair was a multi day operation). Josué clearly explained the issues, laid out options, and guided me towards starting with the most budget friendly options first and helped me design a plan on which problems to tackle first and which can wait. He has also responded to my texts asking further questions. I will recommend JPV to my neighbors.

Josue and Paulo are wonderful. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and very efficient. Their work is excellent. Josue explains everything he is doing in detail and helps the client make the right decision as to what needs to be done. I highly recommend JPV Heating and Cooling for all of your heating and cooling needs. You can’t get any better than this family owned business.

Last week during this miserable cold spell my heat went out. I spent a few days calling different HVAC services with no return calls then remembered a neighbor had been impressed with the guys she had called earlier in the winter. I called JPV and Josue arrived later that day! They were professional and assessed the situation with my priorities first and foremost and not as an opportunity to take advantage of a customer without heat in February.
