I went in today as soon as she opened. I asked for a wash, deep condition then roller set. The dryer was wayyy too hot. I told the lady so she turned it off, then she told me to sit in the chair to take my rollers out and when I looked at it I was not happy with just leaving it like that so I asked her to blow dry it alittle but because too much heat breaks my hair. She sprayed heat protectant on my hair and once she put the blow dryer on it my head immediately was burnt. I pulled away because my head was smoking. She apologized and I reiterated NOT MUCH heat. They charge high prices due to their business being slow… they barely smile or maybe they just don’t like block people who knows…. They use wayyyy too much heat they get damaged my daughters entire hair…… they charged me 50 for my daughters wash and set and didn’t even put her under the dryer…. Her frizzed right up waste of my money!!!!!

I came here after waiting 3 hours for a relaxer at Yajaira's and seeing others getting serviced before me that came in after me. I was seated and serviced immediately when I walked into the salon, which is greatly appreciated on such a sunny Saturday. The environment is calm and clean. I don't speak Spanish but I could tell the music was Gospel, I loved it! It's the same owner of both salons but Jasmine's is less busy and my time is valuable.
