I found Francis thru a Filipino friend. Francis speaks 3 languages English, Spanish and Tagalog. Even though this shop is in a scary neighborhood, it's not that bad during the day. Never had an issue with my car parked out front while I could wait up to 2 hours for a hair cut. The reason why it can take so long Francis takes his time and makes sure he cuts your hair the way you like it. The best barber I e had in years and the best one I've had in 3 states. Sure we don't get to hear the city news like you do at Boris in wappingers but at least you get the hair cut that makes you look good instead of a Boris it without your inout

I am from out of state and made this appointment last minute. Kimberly took her time and gave me some great suggestions. I was so happy with the end results and would recommend Kimberly and Heads Up Hair Salon to anyone looking for a relaxing environment, talented stylists, and affordable prices.
