I had a rather pleasant and efficient experience today. From my experiences at any Best Buy; that's amazing and extremely unusual. Yesterday, after explaining what I wanted, the sales associate sold me the wrong connector and at a higher price point; I found that out today. It doesn't matter; they're NOT on commission. Discovered when I got home it didn't work. I had to do an exchange. It's not like you can walk down the block to get to the Poughkeepsie Galleria. I don't like to have my time wasted, by incompetent's or for any reason, for that matter. Today, sales associate Aden was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. I showed him what I needed. He went off, and was back in a couple minutes. He had exactly what I needed; and it was more than 50% less! The entire transaction took only a few minutes.

REVIEW OF GEEK SQUAD: Double Agent James Taylor. I am so pleased and relieved that I have the Total Tech membership and the home visit coverage. David was prompt, phoned ahead to let me know he was on the way. He is clever and professional, and diligent. I trusted him so much, I plan to make another purchase based on his input.

I've always had a great experience there, their deals of the day are always a home run. The staff is always very friendly and I have never had any difficulties returning anything. They have cutting edge things and there really isn't anything like that store anywhere in the area. I would actually give them 10 stars if I could. Their in store pickup is a great time saver and they even do same day shipping some times.
