Took an early morning yoga class and the instructor was great. Atmosphere was nice as well. Potsdam needs more places like this! Will be going again in the future.

An intentional community of yoga for many levels and diverse interests and needs. It's amazing what this small community yoga center has to offer. I love Community Yoga on Saturday. It's like opening a surprise gift bag, and many people attend just because we are practicing yoga as a community, not because a particular style of yoga is offered.
