I had a water hammer problem and Brett worked all day to figure out the cause. When the arrestors failed to solve the problem he changed out the cartridge in the shower unit which wasn't an easy job but he got it done and my problem was resolved.

We had a sewer clog and we called Roto Rooter in Potsdam. They were here within 20 minutes as promised. They ran the power snake and cleared the clog within no time at all. The techs were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if we have other issues.
