I got an appointment fast, everyone working at the store were professional, and kind. I've been to many places for eye appointments and this place was the best thus far. I will be making more appointments in the future to visionworks at the potsdam plaza, thank you ?

I buy my glasses here, and I couldn't be happier. I love all the high tech coatings that make night driving easier. Today my brother assaulted me and damaged my expensive driving glasses, I stopped by and informed the staff what had happened, and politely asked for help, and they were able to get me repaired right on the spot. My whole world felt wrecked in that moment when he damaged my glasses, and my visionworks staff put me back together and sent me back out there in much better shape able to see and drive again. Thank you so much, for helping me out in my moment of need.

I was so pleased to use the online scheduler which tells you available appointment times for both in-person and on-screen exams. Dr Aumell and store staff were very helpful and gave me available insurance benefits and other related discounts that allowed me to feel good about my purchase and price.
