As a funeral home operator in Binghamton I had need to attend to a death that occurred in Potsdam. I contacted Donaldson-Seymour for assistance and they punctually attended to my needs in a professional manner, allowing me to better assist my client family.
I have no doubt if they assist an out of town colleague in this manner, that they will also treat your family in such a manner.

Transferred a family member here from another home after we felt we were getting a raw deal. They knew we were in a bad state financially and were willing to give us a little advice on what to expect and how to proceed without taking us on as clients-- and actually, after speaking for us for a while, advised us to stay with the other home to save ourselves cost and difficulty. We were not being sold anything, but it became clear the level of organization, service, and integrity was what we were looking for. Unbelievably supportive, fair, and willing to go above and beyond.
