It was a great experience from start to finish! The staff was so kind. They held my 1 yr old as I got mine done and than she got hers. The staff was so patient and Loved the decor. Was super clean and kid friendly. I recommend!

Brought my 6 month old her to get her ears pierced. Tori was her piercer. From the start, we felt supported. I fed the baby in a private area before we started, Tori explained the process and said she would take as long as it needed to take to get it right. As a first time mom, this could’ve been a stressful experience, but it wasn’t. Highly recommend.

Great experience here. They really are on time with appointment. I noticed how organized and clean they are. They explain everything from types, styles, cleaning , pricing. I brought in my toddler and the appointment went smoothly. Our room had a little tv and we were able to put on a show she recognized and that made all the difference. We got to be part of the whole process. They even gave a little certificate at the end. I now understand why our pediatrician recommended this place. Update: i opted to get more product via the website. Look at how gorgeous this packaging is!!!! Ty Alex amazing.
