Oral surgeon awful and has no bedside manner. Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Took off work to have my daughter’s wisdom teeth extracted. Received no information before hand The oral surgeon Stephanie is rude and has no bedside manner. She caused more anxiety for my daughter and then cancelled the procedure while she was in the chair. Who acts this way? You’re a doctor. Act like it.

I do not recommend visiting this facility for dental treatment. The administration works very poorly. Customers are not treated politely. They despise the client. In my case, an x-ray of the oral cavity was submitted to the insurance company thirty-five days late. For a month, the administrator lied to me that he had sent the results of the X-ray to the insurance company. As a result, for 65 days, I did not receive an answer about the result of my application to the dental clinic. I tried to contact the owner of the dental clinic with a complaint about the clinic's poor performance. But he could not talk to him. I warn you once again. Do not contact this medical facility

place is great I love dr chawla amazing work lidy and Yuri are wondering assistants the only issue I had was Stella she didn’t give me a tx plan when i walked in and then was calling me through a no caller id number and texting me through her cell saying i have no dental insurance.

Called the emergency line twice and left a detailed message at 6pm on sat. And sent a text. Got a reply at 4am. Choose wisely

This place is great. The staff is very friendly, they all have great attitudes and they made me laugh alot! They are also very fast at their jobs and dont waste any time playing games. They were able to get me in the same day for a procedure. Everything went very smooth and Dr Ramos was very confident and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend . I also will be seeing their dentist since it's all in the same building which is very convenient.

For a long time, my family members and I came to this dentist office. It's embarrassing to admit the number of times we put up with their unprofessionalism. They overbook patients all the time leading to very long wait times.One of the female doctors laughed at a family members face when asked a question that apparently was "such a ridiculous question." That same doctor attended said family member aggressively after that question was asked. They messed up another family members dentures. Refused to fix and dismissed her because she doesn't speak very well English.Save your time and questions for a more put together and kind office.
