I have been coming to this spa for several years because sometimes their massage is good but today I had the worst experience ever . First of all none of the masseuse girls speak English!! And no matter what you ask them they keep saying “ No speak English “!! Their English is so bad that you can’t even make out what they are saying in their broken English. I am often empathetic to those who can’t speak English but today was too much . Instead of trying to change they use not knowing English as an excuse…. They just smile and say “ no speak English “ as if it is okay !! It is not okay when you don’t understand what the customer wants !! So today , I called and made an appointment for 8:30 pm for a one hour massage. When I walked in she asked me to pay first . I added a $25 tip and paid first . Then she started asking me for 45 minutes and I told her I wanted a 1 hour massage that included my full body back. Front, head and feet . I always get this done in an hour . The lady didn’t understand and I had to repeat it like five times and then she just laughed it off as “ no speak English “. As she was doing the massage the points were not good . She was not able to open my kinks and knots as they should have . Everytime I said anything, she didn’t understand. Seriously this was my most stressful massage ever !! She also kept asking me how it is every minute which was so distracting !! Then she asked me “ What do want for only 25 minutes left ?” … 25 minutes were left and she hadn’t even turned me over to do my full body front !! I told her , “ please get me your boss or another lady who understands English “. Again she said “ no speak English “ and smiled as if it was alright !! How can it be alright when it is affecting the service I am getting ?!! I told her that the massage was not working out and I need another lady . Another lady came and took over . This lady was okay but better than the first one . She quickly did my back and turned me over. Then she massaged my head until the time ran out !! She DID NOT MASSAGE MY FULL FRONT BODY AND FEET . I was furious !! She refused to complete the massage. I asked to speak to the boss. She rudely started telling me again that she doesn’t speak English . I said give me your boss’s number . She finally got her boss on FaceTime . The boss was the lady who usually sits at the counter but she wasn’t there this time. The boss was in china and told me that the girls don’t know English . I told her “ but the job was not done “ . They again started giving the excuse that they don’t know English !! Even last time I came here , the masseuse walked in when I was changing my clothes after the massage and started touching my head to remove the head band WHILE I WAS CHANGING MY CLOTHES !!! I am going to be looking for another spa now. The practices at this spa are highly unprofessional and they don’t know English and they flaunt that as if it is a good thing not to know English !! They should know at least enough English to talk to customers if they are providing a service to the customers .

As a LMT who travels the world to experience various massage techniques I must say this was the worst experience EVER from the moment I entered the establishment until I departed. I have never experienced such level of disrespect. My appt was scheduled for 8pm, I arrived at 7:45 to witness the supposed therapist having a heated conversation via phone at the top of her lungs, I hoped she wasn’t my therapist because she was already in a rage, I asked her numerous times if she was alight before the massage as I was expecting a relaxing environment during my 90 min session. Needless to say that is not what I received. She stopped my session numerous times to send voice messages, attend to the front desk and had the audacity to inform me what she expected for gratuity. I really thought I was being PUNKED! Or on camera. I have my doubts she is even licensed by her techniques. Very disappointing expected more from Port Washington .

My wife and I today enjoyed a foot spa experience, during which I tipped 20%. However, as I was leaving the establishment, the owner rather assertively asked for additional tip, emphasizing that it wasn't a restaurant. While I am always willing to reward excellent service, I found the owner's approach very disrespectful and arrogant. Perhaps she should put a sign that says "CUSTOMERS WHO TIP 20% OR LESS ARE NOT WELCOME…". I wonder how much she pays her employees. It's important to note that customary tips for foot spa services in Nassau County typically fall within the range of 15% to 25%.

$90 dollars was the price of my massage. I gave them $20 dollars extra. The owner told me to give more, I refused, explained that $20 was more than 20%, she told me that they are not a restaurant. Great! Never going again. The massage wasn’t great anyways. I understand generosity is greatly appreciated when the service is great, it wasn’t but I still left a tip.

I wandered on in here one day after riding on the choo-choo train. It was one of the best serendipity I ever experienced. I’m a regular customer now and I’m happy to report that they are consistent and very thorough. My wife loves coming here with me
