We had an excellent experience working with Jack from Heartwood Theory on our custom basement built-ins. From start to finish, his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding.

The white oak cabinetry is absolutely beautiful — clean lines, perfect fit, and thoughtfully integrated lighting that completely elevated the space. Jack was incredibly precise and intentional in his work, and it really shows in the final result. He coordinated seamlessly with the pre-constructed arches we installed in the room, and everything fits as if it was always meant to be there.

Excellent craftsmanship and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our wall mouldings and built ins came out perfectly and the materials are very high quality. Cannot recommend working with Jack highly enough.
